1) Strictly control the mixing ratio of the culture medium, and avoid including large stones and wood chips in the materials. Raw materials should be sieved if possible to prevent the mixing of moldy, lumpy materials, and lumps, rods, wires, etc., which can cause blockages and jams.
2) Do not raise the feeding and mixing tank, causing overload operation. Do not put your hands into the mixing tank when adding materials, and be careful not to get tools caught in, to avoid danger.
3) Do not repair the machine while the motor or power is on to avoid electric shock or personal injury.
4) During operation, regularly add lubricating oil to the stamping main and auxiliary shafts and the wrist guard shaft. Other mechanical parts should be lubricated daily.
5) Before starting the machine each day, carefully check that all mechanical fasteners and other parts are tight, normal, and in standby mode. 6) After the work is completed, the bagging machine should be turned on to the positioning state, the main power supply should be turned off, the culture material inside and outside the equipment should be cleaned, and the electric control door should be locked.
