Packaging, Use, and Maintenance of Daily Necessities: Details on Safety and Durability

Jul 19, 2026 Leave a message

Everyday consumer goods boxes are packaging containers made from plastic sheets using a thermoforming process. They are widely used as inner packaging for daily necessities, electronic products, food, and other products.

When using blister packs, avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent scratches. If cleaning is necessary, wipe with a damp cloth, avoiding printed areas to prevent color fading. For long-term storage, avoid direct sunlight to prevent the material from aging and becoming brittle.

Due to the stamping process, slight burrs may exist on the edges of the box; these need to be addressed through subsequent processing to ensure safety. For reusable applications, a thicker design or reinforced structure can be chosen to extend the lifespan.
