Technical Features Of Food Bagging Machine

Jun 20, 2026 Leave a message

From a technical perspective, the core breakthrough of high-efficiency automated food bagging machines lies in the synergy of motion control and sensor feedback. The servo motor-driven bag feeding mechanism precisely controls bag length and positioning errors to the millimeter level, while photoelectric sensors monitor the bag opening position in real time, ensuring repeatability of each bagging action. To address easily sticky films (such as low-density polyethylene), some models incorporate static eliminators or air-blowing separation systems to prevent double-bag failures.

In the sealing process, heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or pulse sealing technologies are selected based on product characteristics, with ultrasonic sealing being particularly reliable for foods containing high levels of oil or moisture. More advanced models also integrate a vision inspection module, which can identify foreign objects inside the bag, sealing defects, and automatically reject defective products, keeping the scrap rate below 0.5%. These technologies collectively form the foundation for the equipment's high-efficiency operation, enabling it to maintain a low failure rate even in continuous operation.
