Material: Mostly made from common corrugated cardboard. Due to its hollow internal structure, corrugated cardboard has good cushioning and compression resistance, effectively protecting the contents from normal squeezing and collisions during handling and stacking. The paper weight and the number of corrugation layers (e.g., single-layer, double-layer) are selected based on the expected load-bearing capacity and cost.
Simple Structure: Primarily standard rectangular in shape, commonly seen in hinged-top boxes and top-and-bottom boxes. This type of structure facilitates quick sealing by machine or manual labor, and opening and closing are relatively convenient. When folded, it forms a flat shape, greatly saving storage and transportation space.
Simple Appearance: Colors are mainly the natural kraft paper color, or simple monochrome printing. It may only include basic warning icons (e.g., upside down, keep dry, fragile), specifications, or simple line drawings, rarely featuring complex brand logos or dazzling color designs. This directly reduces printing costs.
Standardized Specifications: Manufacturers offer a series of standard-sized boxes, forming a certain size system. Users can choose the closest size to their items, eliminating the need for customization each time, thus improving efficiency and versatility.
